Understanding the constraint of the site, the green concept was adopted through the use of lights wells to ensure each resident receive enough daylight and optimizes cross ventilation. In addition to that, the design predominantly features fitted glass and plant troughs which contributed to the green approach. This adds value to client and its residents.
