This two storey L-shaped house features all luxurious amenities such as a gym equipped with a sauna, cinema room, a library and bedrooms with a walk in closets and private verandahs. The profile of the house allows each main space of the residence open towards the colossal garden allowing ones’ view to extend further making each space feel larger than the actual.
Deriving from the Dutch Colonial Architectural style, the residence is made of series colonnaded walkways that tie each interior space to the garden. The design is predominantly timber providing a sense of grandeur and style, adopting from the essence of the colonial era.
